• DIETS - I have tried every diet going from the 5:2, Paleo, Keto, Intermittent Fasting, Low-Carb, High-Carb, Not Eating after 6pm, Weight Watchers, Atkins and many more.
You try them for 1-2 weeks, get bored, realise they are not sustainable then go back to being unhappy again.

• STRUGGLE WITH MOTIVATION - You get to Sunday evening and start planning for the week ahead with the next diet and how you are going to get fit. I am going to eat this and train on this day.
Monday goes well, your diet starts with foods you don't really like - eggs, salad, tuna, fruit and lemon water. You get home for work and go for a run which you hate.
You step on the scales naked on Tuesday morning and haven't lost any weight. It puts you in a bad mood for the rest of the day and the diet and training go out the window. Repeat next week!
• THE GYM - You have had enough of getting fat, hating yourself in the mirror and heavy breathing when you walk up the stairs.
"I am joining a gym tomorrow".
Now you hate the gym as you joined last year and left. This time it will be different knowing it probably won't. You buy some new fitness clothing and drive to the gym really positive.
You walk in, see all the muscle bound weight lifters, girls getting fit in skimpy sports bra and shorts and then you feel self conscious and panic.
You look for any fitness equipment to use that's free and sit down. Haven't got a clue how to use the leg press but use it anyway. Take a gym selfie and post it to instagram "Back on it". You walk round for another 15 mins then leave. You never go back.

We track calories on my app. If you don't how many you are having how can you sustain fat loss.
In my opinion the best way to see how you are doing. Photos tell you nearly everything.

We all know that work, family and free time are the major factors when trying to find motivation to lose weight and be a healthier person. Once we can find this time, we can then find consistency in getting fitter and eating healthier.
You have to find a way and not an excuse.

Fitness
Why would you go for a run if you hate running? Running is not the best way to get fit and lose fat if you hate it. You will never stick with it. Together we will go over your fitness level, what you enjoy and how you will achieve it.

Food
First of all no food is "bad for you". Too many calories can be bad for you. You never need to quit eating the foods you love. You might just need to fit them into your calorie requirement to lose fat. Sticking chicken and broccoli in a plastic container everyday is as boring as it gets. NO NEED!
