You have a choice, you can count calories and eat what you want or you I can do your food for you.
Learn about calories, general nutrition, protein, calorie deficit and much more so when you have finished the programme you have the knowledge to do it all yourself going forward.

Fill in your lifestyle questionnaire so together we can change your daily habits, fit in workouts, get your steps done and change your life for a better future.
You will receive daily messages which remind you to stick to your new daily habits.
Accountability eliminates the time and effort you spend on distracting activities and other unproductive behaviour such as think about your food and doing exercise. Having myself with you makes you accountable for your actions. When we get this done correctly you will find it second nature to complete your daily activities.
My PT Hub is fully integrated with Apple Health, Fitbit, and Google Fit. Gain deeper insight into clients’ health data from Active Calories to Lean Body Mass.
Log Apple watch workouts anywhere, it's quick easy and conveinient.
